• Referral to and information about health services provided by our trusted and verified partner hospitals and Doctors.
• Support in selecting the hospital/clinic.
• Transfer and guidance services (if applicable).

This service is offered solely upon the patient's request and for referral purposes. Carenfly is not responsible for the content or outcomes of the treatment.

• All personal data provided by the patient will be processed and protected in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Carenfly guarantees this.
• Personal data will only be used for the following purposes:
  • Making hospital/clinic reservations.
  • Providing transfer and guidance services.
  • Communicating with the patient.
• The patient agrees that their personal data may be shared with partner hospitals or service providers when necessary.

• Carenfly only provides referral and organization services.
• Carenfly is not responsible for the treatment processes carried out by professional healthcare providers.
• In case of any disruptions in transfer or guidance services, the patient will be informed.

• The patient declares that they will not request any fee for the services provided and that they accept these services of their own free will.
• The patient confirms that the personal information provided is accurate and complete.

• In case of disputes arising under this form, the Courts of the Republic of Turkiye in the city where the treatment is received will have jurisdiction.
